How do I find my chauffeur at the airport? View Answer Hide Answer

We all know how confusing a large airport can be, and Orlando International Airport is no different. We'll make it easy for you by sending you an automated text message with your chauffeur's name and phone number 40 minutes before your flight's touchdown in Orlando.

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you on the second floor, at the bottom of the escalators closest to your specific airline's baggage claim area, wearing a blue tie and holding an iPad sign with your name on it.  

If you can't locate your chauffeur by the time you reach your carousel, please call your chauffeur directly or our dispatch (407-422-2522 ext. 2) and we will make sure we connect you with your chauffeur promptly.

Do you provide airport shuttle service? View Answer Hide Answer

We do not offer airport shuttle service. Instead, we specialize in private transportation services.

While we do not recommend it, given that most shuttle services make multiple stops prior to arriving at your destination, it can be a cost effective option for one to two passengers. However, for a family/group of 3 or more guests, we highly recommend getting a private car service. The cost difference becomes negligible, or it may be even cheaper to book your own private chauffeur compared to a shuttle service. Please call us at 407-422-2522 and we will be happy to tell you more.

Absolutely! We will provide one complimentary child seat. Additional car seats are billable at $20 per car seat.

While most of our vehicles are listed on the Fleet page, we may be able to assist you with special vehicle requests. A 20-passenger stretch Hummer? We can help! How about a 1957 white Rolls Royce classic limo? We can make it happen for you. Please call us and one of our local experts will be happy to assist you.

How far in advance should I book my transportation services in Orlando? View Answer Hide Answer

While we are able to handle most last-minute requests within the hour, we recommend that you book your services a minimum of 48 hours in advance. If you require a large or specialty vehicle, it is ideal to book your services 7 days in advance to guarantee availability.
