| BOOKING
PROCEDURES: |

Individual
leisure travelers (including families and small
groups) may make their reservations over the phone
by calling our main office number (407) 422-2522.
Everybody is, however, urged to either use
a fax when accessible or use our online secure
reservation form.
Individual Corporate Travelers making their own
travel arrangements may book their transfers over
the phone if so desired.
Meeting Planners, Tour Operators, Travel Agents,
and Corporate Organizations are kindly requested
to route their bookings and / or amendments via
fax or e-mail AT ALL TIMES.
All requests are subject to availability and will
be confirmed in writing within 24 hours.
When making a reservation, be it for an individual
or a group, please make sure you provide us with
all information pertinent to the service desired
(please refer to our online reservation form for
details). |

| PAYMENT
PROCEDURES: |

Unless
prior arrangements have been made for direct
billing privileges, all booking are to be prepaid
prior to client arrival.
For your convenience we now accept credit cards
(Visa, Master Card, and American Express).
Individual leisure travelers (including families
and small leisure groups) may pay cash (or
traveler’s checks) upon arrival; we will,
however, require a credit card guarantee when the
reservation is confirmed.
Leisure and / or corporate groups are on
prepayment. Payment
is due 7 days prior to group arrival at their
first destination.
Should you prefer to wire transfer the payment to
our bank account, please e-mail a request for our
bank information; we will forward the details to
your attention within 24 hours.
Please allow enough time for this procedure
to take place within the payment terms. |

| CANCELLATION
POLICY |
|
Cancellations
are welcome within the following guidelines:
Individual leisure or corporate travelers may
cancel up to 5 hours prior to the pick up time to
avoid no-show charges that would, otherwise, apply
at 100%.
We do track all flights electronically and are
often updated as to whether or not a flight is
delayed. HOWEVER,
we are NOT responsible for flight changes or
flight Re-routings.
Therefore, if you happen to be bumped off a
flight for any reason, please do call our offices
(at any time) and advise us what the new flight
information would be so we can make alternate
arrangements and avoid no-show charges.
Cancellations for leisure groups are gladly
accepted following guidelines that would be
communicated to you upon booking written
confirmation.
Generally, no penalties apply if cancelled
within 72 hours of service date. 50% penalty applies if cancelled within 48 hours of service
date. 100%
penalty applies if a service is cancelled within
24 hours of service date. |

| REFUNDS |
|
We
will gladly refund any monies paid to us for
services cancelled outside of the cancellation
policies mentioned herein or otherwise mutually
agreed upon when we confirm your booking in
writing.
Refunds are carried out and a check is mailed to
you one week after group departure. |

| GRATUITIES |
|
Gratuities
for drivers are not included.
They are suggested at 20%.
Please include it in your payment for
individual reservations, leisure or corporate.
Gratuities for groups are mandatory.
We will bill your account at 15% of the
total bill. |

| EXTRA
CHARGES |
| Changing
/ amendments occurring after confirmation of the
initial reservation are subject to availability
and additional fees.
All extra costs will be communicated
immediately. |
