Manifest Optimization Software (MOS)

By using your preliminary manifest, your personal Transportation Director is able to use this new tool to provide you with multiple DETAILED quotes; giving you, the client, the choice of whether all attendees ride in private vehicles, combine non-VIP guests, use Luxury Van / Minibus shuttles…etc. In a nutshell, we reduce manifest management time by up to 80% and reduce direct transportation costs by up to 30%. This tool also verifies the validity of all flights prior to creating a quote. Destination MCO is one of only 10 companies nationwide to use this state-of-the-art software.

GPS Tracking & Communication Module

All of our vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art GPS units capable of providing real-time positioning & instant messaging. With a touch of a button, our dispatchers are able to pinpoint the location of any vehicle as well as transmit crucial information to our chauffeurs. This capability is particularly helpful to our clients because it provides superior service flexibility and responsiveness to the most urgent of transportation needs while also monitoring real-time traffic to keep our passengers on schedule.

 

E-Client Center

The simplest of tools often prove to be the most effective. This is especially true with our Web portal. From the comfort of their office or home, our clients are able to log on to our online reservations system to preview confirmation reports, make changes, and print receipts.

 

FlightView Flight Tracking Software

FlightView provides our dispatchers up-to-the-minute flight status information while fully integrated with our reservations system. Automatic notifications are generated for all early/delayed flights.
