	Nour Elotmani President & CEO With an extensive background in the Tourism industry, Nour Elotmani, the company's founder and president, has led Destination MCO through a policy of organic growth & a company-wide commitment to Excellence in Service. Destination MCO is a reflection of Nour's dedication to transcending what a transportation company ought to do for its clients.
	Sami Elotmani Operations Manager While earning a degree in International Economics, Sami has been promoted from a Dispatcher to Office Assistant Manager and then to Operations Manager in 2008. Sami has also used his previous leadership experience within a fortune 100 company to help manage the frantic growth that Destination MCO has been experiencing over the last 3 years.
	Chad Mrabti Operations Manager With over 20 years of experience in the Transportation industry, Chad has the necessary expertise to handle the day-to-day operations of a growing company while adding a personal touch to his interactions to long-standing and new clients. His leadership has been a key asset to Destination MCO since 2000.
	Andrew McFarlane Dispatch Supervisor Andrew's skill set and calm demeanor have proven to be the perfect combination for the often-unpredictable world of dispatching. His extensive experience as an over-the-road chauffeur along with his computer skills made him the perfect candidate for the Dispatch Manager Position.
	Sean Gara Fleet Manager Sean's experience as a Destination MCO chauffeur along with his passion for cars prepared him for his current position as Fleet Manager. The amount of time he had spent chauffeuring clients in company cars helped Sean excel in keeping the fleet in immaculate condition.
	Simo Elotmani HR Manager With an extensive background in Logistics and the Freight Forwarding industry, Simo has brought a complimentary set of skills in 2008 that has helped Destination MCO keep up with the ever-changing employment laws and regulations as well as streamline a multitude of processes.
	Maria Elbidaoui Accounting Manager While earning a Master’s Degree in Finance in 2009, Maria used her academic expertise to help Destination MCO streamline its accounting policies and automate billing procedures for a more efficient self-sustaining company. Destination MCO Chauffeurs

 

All Chauffeurs are Drivers, but Not All Drivers are Chauffeurs

 

As a provider of a luxury service, we are well aware that we only have one shot at making the right first impression.  Thus, our chauffeurs are, at all times, uniformed in a 3-piece black suit, a white shirt, a Destination MCO signature blue tie, a name tag, and a smile.

 

Because our chauffeurs are truly the face of Destination MCO, our management team is unyielding in its quest to provide them with ongoing training and support.  Our training program is aimed at instilling a stakeholder mentality amongst our chauffeurs; since they are the front line of our company, they are encouraged to take the lead in looking for creative ways to improve upon our service quality, efficiency, and overall operations.

 

Our training is a continuous process that includes the following:

 

Safe-driving essentials: This is designed to promote defensive driving as well as provide an overview of essential safety measures pertaining to vehicle operation, preventative maintenance, and service.

 

Service above all:  A customized proprietary program aimed at improving our chauffeurs ability to anticipate the needs of our guests and, therefore, consistently deliver excellence in service.

 

Effective-communication:  Our ability to exceed our guests expectations depends largely on how well we communicate with them.  As such, this training is designed to improve our chauffeurs communication skills in their daily interactions with guests.
