Destination MCO Chauffeurs
All Chauffeurs are Drivers, but Not All Drivers are Chauffeurs
As a provider of a luxury service, we are well aware that we only have one shot at making the right first impression. Thus, our chauffeurs are, at all times, uniformed in a 3-piece black suit, a white shirt, a Destination MCO signature blue tie, a name tag, and a smile.
Because our chauffeurs are truly the face of Destination MCO, our management team is unyielding in its quest to provide them with ongoing training and support. Our training program is aimed at instilling a stakeholder mentality amongst our chauffeurs; since they are the front line of our company, they are encouraged to take the lead in looking for creative ways to improve upon our service quality, efficiency, and overall operations.
Our training is a continuous process that includes the following:
Safe-driving essentials: This is designed to promote defensive driving as well as provide an overview of essential safety measures pertaining to vehicle operation, preventative maintenance, and service.
Service above all: A customized proprietary program aimed at improving our chauffeurs ability to anticipate the needs of our guests and, therefore, consistently deliver excellence in service.
Effective-communication: Our ability to exceed our guests expectations depends largely on how well we communicate with them. As such, this training is designed to improve our chauffeurs communication skills in their daily interactions with guests.
